Service Restored. Microsoft has completed the deployment of a code fix across all affected environments. Testing and user feedback have confirmed that the storage management page is now fully functional.

    Root cause: A recent code change intended to update how storage reports were loaded to the Microsoft 365 admin center introduced a regression which was causing the impact.

    – We’re reviewing our code change testing and validation procedures to identify opportunities to identify impact earlier and prevent similar future occurrences.

    Current status: The code fix has saturated to 92 percent of the affected environment. As the deployment progresses and applies to the content hosting infrastructure to which admins are connecting, admins may begin to see the issue automatically resolve upon refreshing the storage report page. We expect the code fix will saturate the affected environment 100 percent on Wednesday, January 28, 2026.
